Birchaven is two lovely homes on the edge of Big Birch Lake in Grey Eagle (between St. Cloud and
Alexandria, Minnesota).
(The pictures are worth waiting for the big download.) Upcoming Events at Birchaven Directions: From Interstate 94, take exit 140 at Freeport and turn north. Turn left at the stop sign on Main Street (Co Rd. -- 157 (almost a frontage road). Then about a mile later, turn right on Co Rd 167, which goes through St. Rosa, and turns into 35. Birchaven is on 35 about 11 miles from Freeport. It is the two houses on the left behind the split rail fence before the Rock Tavern. There is a small sign. Park beside the road next to the fence. There are stairs down to the houses.
