TRINITY CONTINUES FREE LUNCH PROGRAM

Trinity, Litchfield began the third year of its Free Lunch program on September 21, 2001 with a free lunch from 11am to 1pm. This program has reached many in Litchfield - those who are hungry not only for food but also good fellowship and companionship. The Free Lunch, which is cooked by the ladies of the church, is served once a month - usually the last Friday of the month - from September through May. Many who attend are those who live alone and want the companionship of a meal with their friends. They have contributed to the Free Lunch program and this year, we were able to buy $100 of school supplies for the Back-to-School program in Litchfield.
