CONGRATULATIONS

The Rev. Linda Maloney, from St. John's, St. Cloud, was ordained to the transitional diaconate on October 15 at the Cathedral Church of St. Mark, Mpls. Watch for her serving around Region III, where she will be helping out at St. Helen's, Wadena, working with Episcopal Campus Ministry at the University of MN Morris, and continuing occasionally to minister with Spirit of the Heartland.

CONGRATULATIONS TIMES TEN PLUS TWO !

The Spirit of the Heartland Ministry team was commissioned on October 6 and those ministers in Holy Orders were ordained for their particular team ministry. Jan Zeman, the Rev. Randy Welsand, Maren Kay Welsand, Lu Tax, the Rev. Johanna Morrigan, the Rev. Cedar Morrigan, Cynthia Evans, Doris Dodds, the Rev. Rob Cavanna, and Harriette Burkhalter are now serving at St. Stephen's in Paynesville, Good Samaritan in Sauk Centre, and Our Saviour's in Little Falls. ALSO Postulant Roger Phillips and Candidate Doris Dodds are preparing for ordination to the priesthood.

CAMPUS MINISTRY

Morris Episcopal Campus Ministry, under the guidance of Anne Schwaller and the Rev. Linda Maloney, is now, with mission support from Good Samaritan, Sauk Centre, and the Spirit of the Heartland Team Ministers, including monthly services of Holy Eucharist as part of their weekly gatherings.
