Mark you calendars.Fall Region Meeting will be at 3:00pm on September 28 at Good Sam in Sauk Centre. Note change in time.
Diocesan Council will meet on June 19th. At that meeting the Fairshare Formula Review Committee will be presentin their report and recommendations to Council that afternoon. Prayers would be appreciated.
By now all congregations should have received the application forms to apply to be one of four or five lab congregations to work with experts from Seabury Western. Deadline for the application is August 1st. Emmanuel Parish will be making an application to be come one. I encourage other congregations in Region III to apply also Hopefully, one congregation in Region III will be selected. That will be an advantage to us all because it will make travel easier and short for others who might want to participate and glean expertise from these congregational development workshops.
Lastly, Bishop Donald Hultstrand will be celebrating 50 years of ordination to the Diaconate June 22 at Emmanuel Parish at the 10 AM service.A reception will follow.
