Wondering what all this talk is about "EFM"? Come find out for yourself and visit an open session of Education for Ministry on Thursday, July 29, at 7:00 pm at the Church of our Saviour in Little Falls. Try it out, ask your questions. EFM is an opportunity to grow, learn, and worship with a small community of Christians. Twice monthly gatherings for nine months of the year; schedule and location according to those interested. Escape to the wilderness for spiritual reflection, relaxation, and fun. Region III's Third Annual Region Wilderness Retreat for the Feast of the Transfiguration, August 4-7. Beginning at Poplar Lake on the Gunflint Trail, setting up base camp on Gaskin Lake. An easy trip, but far enough in for solitude. Cost will vary from $55-90 per camper according to what equipment participants have. Space is limited. Contact Pat (below) for details.

Interested people from Spirit of the Heartland parishes or from other congregations wanting to learn more about Total Ministry, are invited for a "field trip" to a working Total Ministry Congregation. On Saturday, July 24, we will visit Trinity, Hermantown (outside Duluth). Staying over for Sunday worship is optional. Contact Pat (below) for details.

"Shades of Gray" (a Christian education gathering to discuss how to make ethical decisions in a church that doesn't tell you what to do) meets fourth Wednesday evenings at 7:00pm at the Episcopal Church of our Saviour in Little Falls. Everyone is welcome.
