• I will to the best of my ability keep this covenant.
• I will trust that the Holy Spirit will be present in our interactions.
• I will use I statements.
• I will respect confidentiality: without permission, what's said here stays here.
• I will make attendance a high priority.
• I will respect others' right to speak without interruption.
• I will respect others' right to pass, while recognizing that frequent non-participation is a loss to one's self and the team.
• I will ask, with a "T" time signal, for a pause, prayer, or silence as needed.
• I will use our time together well, beginning and ending on schedule.
• I will make music part of each meeting.
• I will assume people are acting from a position of caring and love and take the responsibility for checking it out..
• When a response is requested, I will acknowledge it.
• I will post on the board when I'm going to be away.
• If I have a misunderstanding with another team member, I will go first to that person, unless clarification is all that is needed. If I feel that I am being triangulated, I will ask " Have you talked to N first?
• We will hold one another accountable for this covenant and those tasks to which we have agreed.
